I'm using Chrome mostly as a quick interface to gmail, and have set this shortcut to:
- if chrome is not active, bring it to the foreground, and make sure the window is
  large enough to do stuff
- if chrome IS active
  - if window is large
    - resize it to the bottomleft, showing just the tab(s) so I can see new messages
      (they show in the window/tab title)
    - hide it
  - else: make it large
- fi!

Use AppleScript Editor to get the right coords ("set x to (get bounds of window 1)")
KBM = KeyboardMaestro.
